What: Auburn Alien Invasion When: Saturday, February 27th, 2010 @ 9:00am thru 3:00pm Where: Wright's Mill Road Elementary, Auburn, AL, downtown next to the Davis Arboretum. [ Google Map] - - - - - - - Auburn Alien Invasion strikes back! We are returning to Auburn for Event Enhancement. True "event enhancement," as only our costumers can provide. From the Event Organizer: "We've cleaned up the worst alien invasions here in the arboretum, and thought it would be a good year to take the battle out into the community. There is an elementary school a few blocks from the arboretum with a bad privet problem. I've been telling all kinds of school groups about how we knocked out that bamboo patch, and they want to be a part of it as long as we don't have a tornado and a blizzard! in two days time."This is a full Alabama Fandom event. Expect all Alabama Fandom genres! Heat'em up!

You know it! Do this kinda thing every time I go on the Dauphin Island Trip (well, minus the GB gear, of course...) and I'm great with little kids (We had this same school come to the high school to look at the school's collection of fish, so I got to help out with that and interview some of the kids for Tiger TV) so this should be a definite! |

I can't commit to the pep rally until closer to time. We'll just be getting back from Tampa, but I will certainly try.
Is anyone else planning to be there for it?

I think Charlie is passing her robes to him so they can do something. There isn't much interest for that, mostly due to scheduling issues.

It's looking good for me that Saturday. To be perfectly honest, I'm thinking we should all just shoot for that one day. Too many people are having issues with Friday because it's a work day.
What's the Syndicate looking like since this is primarily their event?

Not much over there, but then again activity over there is a bit slow right now. I know Charlie and I will be there and will probably be Star Wars. |

Not to mention the hours of the road aswell. Auburn is a good 2-3 hrs drive from where I am at. Saturday seems to be the best day,lol.
